SECTION 6 – SHIPPING, COLD CHAIN & RISK OF LOSS Dispatch times are estimates only. Tide Labs is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing. Cold Chain Integrity: Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our reagents, we utilize specialized thermal packaging. Title and risk transfer to you once the shipment is accepted by the carrier. No Returns on Perishables: As per our Returns Policy, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly (temperature-sensitive reagents) are exempt from standard return rights once dispatched, ensuring chain-of-custody integrity for all clients.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All trademarks, trade names, text, images, graphics, and content are the property of TL Research Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any material without written permission.
